Green Shopping

ThWhere do you shop? How often do you shop? What kind of food do you buy?

There are so many people telling us what is right and wrong with our shopping habits. It can leave you feeling like you can't do enough to be green. My take on this is 'do your best'!  Your own circumstances dictate how green you are. Family life, work life, finances, dietary requirements etc etc can all impact your ability to be green. This does not mean you are not good enough. So long as you are trying then you are doing better than many.
There are a growing number of shops in the Tayside area to buy more eco-friendly products however if you watch your labels, buy from local producers and as seasonally as possible you are doing a good job!
